Copilot Premium is purchased through the Campus Computer Store by submitting a Software Service Request (SR). After the request is approved, it will go through billing and then provisioning.Once your license is active, no additional setup, downloads, or add-ons are needed. The Copilot features will automatically become available once your account is updated.To confirm your app is updated, open the Microsoft 365 Copilot desktop app and check the bottom-right corner for the current version/status.
HelpDesk: You can check your request at any time to see its current status. If the ticket shows the license has been provisioned, it means access has been assigned. You can verify by going to the 365 Admin Center to check if the license has been assigned.
Ex. of the Free(Basic) Version, that upgrade button does not work, let user know if they want the Premium(Paid) they will need to put in request.
ex. Premium paid version once it shows this, the user will have all additional features unlocked.
