You may display timely notices above the header on the homepage.

Edit home page alert

Click on Shortcuts in top toolbar
Click on Edit homepage alert

Shortcuts menu > Edit homepage alert

Enter announcement title and text. Announcement cta is optional (link button). Click on the Save button.

Enable Homepage Alert

To display the announcement, use the Shortcuts menu to click on Enable homepage alert.
Click on Enable next to Homepage Announcement.

Remove Homepage Alert

Use the shortcuts menu to click on Enable homepage alert
Click on the down arrow next to Configure and select Disable next to Homepage Announcement.
