***You will need a Zoom for Government account in order to sign in. If you do not have an account, please submit a Zoom Request.***
From the Zoom desktop app
1. Open the Zoom app
2. Select the down caret (Click #1) and select ".zoomgov.com" (Click #2), then select the key icon to sign in with SSO (Click #3)
3. For your company domain, type in "uthealthsa", then click "Continue". This will open your web browser (step 4)
4. In your web browser, select "Open Zoom Meetings"
Please note, you may be asked to sign in with your UTHSCSA email and password before the "Open Zoom Meetings?" pop-up shows. Proceed with signing in and the window will show.
5. If you get a pop up from Windows Security asking for access to public and private networks, select "Allow"
6. Done!
From a web browser (Chrome, FireFox, Edge, etc.)
1. Head to https://uthealthsa.zoomgov.com/
2. Select "Sign in"
3. On the next page, select "Yes", this will take you to the Microsoft sign in page (step 4)
4. Proceed with sign in using your UTHSCSA email and password
5. Done!
