Open the ticket you are trying to convert. The first step will apply to converting either way.
For Academic to Clinical: The following screen will populate.
You can have the original request and the conversion screen open at the same time this will help with transferring information for conversion.
Lastly you will have to click move at the top of the request in order to fully convert the ticket
For Clinical to Academic: the following screen will populate.
