A new feature in UT Health Learns provides leaders of leaders with the ability to view the learning assignments for teams in your organizational hierarchy. This is done using the Switch Team functionality.
Step 1: Log into UT Health Learns as normal, and go to My Team and select the UT Health Learns tile.

Step 2: In the upper right-hand corner, select Switch Team, and then choose the direct report for whose team you want to view the learning assignments.

Step 3: You are now viewing the learning assignments for the individuals who report to the leader you selected. The same information and functionality exists as if you were viewing your direct reports’ learning summary information.

Please note that if you select a direct report who does not have a team member with any current learning assignments, the below message displays.

If you want to view past learning assignments, you can select Enrollments, and change it to All or Past.
