Log into My Service Center

  1. My Service Center is a one stop location to request administrative and operational services.  Access My Service Center by entering the URL in your browser: (https://uthscsa.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/2009/Portal/Home/?ToUrl=)

 

  1. Or click on Business Applications from the SharePoint homepage (https://uthealthsa.sharepoint.com/Pages/Home.aspx); scroll down and click on My Service Center.

 

  1. The My Service Center splash page will display selection options. The top ribbon will guide you to different tabs.  You can also click on the “Request a Service” button.
  • Faculty Svcs – Click this tab if you need to submit a request to the Academic, Faculty, and Student Affairs department.
  • Financial Svcs – Click this tab if you need to submit a request to Financial services.
  • FM Work Orders – Click this tab if you need to submit a request to the Facilities Management department.
  • HR - Click on this tab if you need to submit a request to the HR department.
  • IT - Click on this tab if you need to submit a request to the IT Department.
  • Marketing & Comms - Click on this tab if you need to submit a request to the Marketing department.
  • UTPD & Parking - Click on this tab if you need to submit a request to the University Police.
  • Web & Digital – Click this tab if you need to submit a request to Web & Digital.
  • Services – Click this tab to view all services.
  • Knowledge Base – Click on this tab to search for documents related to search criteria you entered.

 

  1. From the top right corner, click on Sign In.  Log in using your UT Health username and password. 
  2. Click Login.

  1. Two-factor Duo Authentication is required to access My Service Center.  Select an option to authenticate your access.

  1. After approval is complete, you are logged into the Client Portal.

 

Service Categories and Types

Depending on the Service you select from the banner, the main splash screen will display. Below is an example of the Financials splash page. 

Click the service’s button (lower, right) to see a list of ALL services:

Financials Services

To view a complete list of services offered, click the ALL Financial Services button. 

IT Services

To view a complete list of services offered, click the ALL IT Services button. 

 

Human Resources Services

To view a complete list of services offered, click the ALL HR Services button. 

 

Web & Digital Services

To view a complete list of services offered, click the ALL W&D Services button.  ​

 

Search for Service Type by Keyword(s)

If you are unsure which service form to select, or cannot locate the preferred request, click on the Search field at the top right of the window.

  1. Type in a key word in the search field, then click on the search icon.

  1. A list of results will display, verify the option by reading the short description.   Click on the title of the preferred service.

Request a Service

Review the detailed description to confirm this is the correct request. Click on Request Service.

 

Fill out Request Service form

  1. Complete all fields with the requested information. The requested information may vary on each form. You may also be asked or required to provide supporting documentation with your request.

 

  1. To attach supporting documentation, click the Browse button at the bottom of the form and upload your documentation. 

 

  1. Click the Request button at the bottom of the page to submit the request.  

Confirmation Number Assigned

A confirmation of the request submitted will appear which contains a system generated Ticket Request ID number. You should document this number for future reference.

Status updates for your request will be provided within the request. You will receive an email stating the processing phase your request is in, and a short description of the tasks as they are completed.

View Your Ticket Request

From the banner, click Services to display a subset of more menu items, including your Ticket Requests.

  • To search for your requests, click on Ticket Requests from the top ribbon.
