UT Health Learns: Reporter Admin - Print/Download Course Offerings Class Rosters

Summary

Demonstrates how instructors can print/download a course offering class roster.

Body

1. Log into UT Health Learns.

2.On the Talent Suite Dashboard, select My Client Groups, and then UT Health Learns Reporting.

3. Select the ILT Resource Dashboard.

4. Select the ILT Course Roster tab.

5. Using the Course Name drop-down menu, locate and select the course for which you need to pull information. When you select it, a check mark should appear to the left of the course offering name.

6. Using the Course Offering Name drop-down menu, locate and select the course offering for which you need to pull information. When you select it, a check mark should appear to the left of the course offering name.

7. Select Apply. It may take a moment for the LMS to process your request. 

  • If you see a message that states "No Data Found," it is likely that no students have enrolled in your course offering. To double-check, you can attempt to print/download an ILT Sign-In Sheet.

8. The ILT/BLT Course Roster will appear below your search request. Use the scroll bar to scroll down to locate the Print option.

9. Below the ILT Course Roster, select Print, then Printable PDF.

10. Your ILT Course Roster will appear in a new tab. Print or download as needed, and then close this new tab.

11. When you return to the UT Health Learns Reporting page, you can select your Profile Photo in the upper right and Sign Out.
