ATTENTION: Epic Courses that contain Web-Based Training (WBT) and/or Blended Training (BLT) are hosted by a separate server than the majority of courses in the UT Health Learns catalog. As a result, Learners enrolled in Epic courses and some UTHP courses will need to enable pop-ups on their browsers before launching a learning activity. If you continue to experience issues with your pop-up settings, submit a service request.
1. Within the course, under Completion Status, select the Launch button.
2. At the top of your browser, locate and select the pop-up blocker icon. The icon may appear different based on the browser and version you are using. A few examples have been provide for review.

Internet Explorer (Pop-up notification will appear at the bottom of the window)

3. Select the option to "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from..." Again, the options may appear different based on the browser and version you are using

Apple Safari (Note: You will not need to allow pop-ups in Apple Safari.)
4. In the eLearning activity, select Save and Close to refresh your session. Your pop-ups preferences should be saved to your computer for UT Health Learns, yet if the pop-ups settings change while you complete other eLearning activities, please repeat these steps.
5. Select the Resume button to relaunch your eLearning activity with your updated pop-up preferences applied.
6. A pop-up window will appear to log into a specialized UT Health San Antonio server. On this windown, select Sign in with UTHSCSA SSO to proceed. If you do not see the option for Sign in with UTHSCSA SSO, you may need to scroll down the pop-up windown.
7. Once you have successfully logged in, your eLearning activity will be displayed. Select the Play button to begin.
