1. From the Learning Dashboard, select What to Learn.
2. Under Required Learning, select the name of the course you are required to complete by selecting the name. If you need to view more, select on View All Required Learning Items.
3. If an offering has not been pre-selected for you, you will need to enroll in a course offering. Select the View Offerings button.
4. When you see the Available Offerings page, you will need to select Enroll to enroll in the course offering.
- To view how or where the classroom session will be offered, select View Details. When you are brought to the Course Offering Details page, you must use the previous button to the left of Course Offering Details to return to the Available Offerings page. If you use the browser buttons, you may be navigated back to the talent suite dashboard.
- If no seats remain, you may add yourself to the waitlist. The waitlist is adjusted automatically on a first come, first serve basis.
5. After you have enrolled in a course offering, you will need to select the Add to Calendar button to the far right of the learning activity name "Classroom." Once the calendar file has downloaded to your computer, open the file, and then "Accept" the classroom meeting to your Outlook work calendar. This classroom meeting will contain details about where the class will meet, whether virtually or in-person. If details have not been provided, your instructor will connect with you closer to the class. If you forget to download, open, and accept the calendar meeting, you can return to the course in UT Health Learns to download it at any time.
6. Once you have successfully completed all requirement for the ILT or BLT course, your instructor will provide you credit for the course. Please provide the instructor up to a week to enter your completion (attendance and/or scores). Additionally, you will generally have a week to complete the course evaluation.
