How to Submit a Service Request

Resolution:

1. Go to https://uthscsa.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/2009/Portal/Home/
2. Log in using your UT Health SA username and password.
3. On the home page, you can search for a specific service or navigate through the service catalog.

4. Once you have located the service you need click the button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

5. Fill in all the necessary fields and click the Request.

6.  Once your request has been submitted, a ticket number will be provided.
