Enable Headset on Jabber

If you are having issues hearing audio or communicating through you headset through jabber. You will have to enable your headset on jabber desktop application. Follow these instructions to do so.

When on a call if you are unable to hear any audio on headset or communicate through headset. You will need to enable headset on jabber.

While in a call the green phone icon will turn into an audio icon

Select audo icon and then select your headset device from the list
