Problem:
User forgot password to UTHSCSA LiveMail Account.
Steps:
1. Go to www.office365.com and click on Sign in.
2. Enter your LiveMail Email and Click Next
3. Click "Forgot my password"
4. Make sure your User ID is correct:
User ID: Uthscsa Livemail email
Type the characters listed in the picture
Click Next
5. Choose one of the following:
- Email my alternate email: Email me at xxxxxxx@xxx.com
- Text my mobile phone: Enter code sent to phone
- Call my mobile phone: Enter code sent to phone by voice
6. Enter and confirm new password.
