Promotion of internal and external events such as conferences, seminars, and community events.

Services

  • Announce events through internal or external communications channels.
  • Please note
    • Internal events must be open to all faculty, staff and students.
    • External events must be open to all members of the community. 

What to Expect

Events Team Responsibilities

  • Consult with requestor to determine if project aligns with strategic priority and goals. 
  • Consult with requestor to determine needs, requirements and timeline.
  • Communicate the status of the project to the requestor as needed.
  • Ensure that all event promotional items are brand compliant.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide the following information:
    • Event name, purpose and description
    • Date(s), time(s) and location(s)
    • Estimated number of attendees
  • Respond to request for additional information promptly.
  • Coordinate sign off with key stakeholders if required.

Service Pricing

Costs and timeline are determined by the scope of the project. Print or promotional item costs are not included.
